Traveling Art Show
Entrepreneurship, Exhibition Design, Street Art
2012
What happens when restaurants, lounges, community centers and even art galleries (who all claim to promote art and helping emerging artists blah blah blah) want to charge you 2500 bucks to rent their venue for a one night art show? You make some flyers, print the flyers, rent a u-haul, fill it with your art, plaster the flyers you made all over the u-haul and you drive your ass down to the beach, park on PCH and let the people come to you! And if you're lucky, a solar eclipse will occur.... bringing even more people out your way. This art experiment slash statement to the art world and to my fellow artists around the world was sponsored by Marley's Mellow Mood who I was lucky enough to partner with. This experiment was a success because I proved to myself that there is always another way. Always. I proved to other artists that they don't need art galleries and the alike to show their work to the world. Finally I proved and confirmed to myself that art is what I'm supposed to doing. In the humblest respect, I am a genuine artist and the (art) world needs me....
